One of the premier barbecue restaurants in a region noted for its outstanding ‘cue, B’s is one of the last dozen or so whole hog, cooked-on-wood barbecue restaurants left in the world. Don’t think they’re closed just because they don’t answer the phone–they’re likely too busy to bother. And don’t be surprised if you show up for a late lunch and find a paper sack taped to the door that says they’ve closed early, out of ‘cue.
Our State magazine, like most everyone who’s been here, loved this place.
