When Cousins Marry has been performing in the Triangle for over 25 years. Members include Charles Blackburn, guitar; Tom Cole, keyboards, percussion, and trombone; Jimmy Dickerson, bass; Steve Esthimer, guitar; and Spence Foscue, drums. Friday’s show will also feature guest cousin Tempie Hayes of Wilson.

When Cousins Marry performs original and classic country- and Southern rock and blues. Their shows are noted for both their fine musicianship and unique sense of humor. The band’s debut CD, Shotgun Wedding, is currently listed as a top-selling Southern rock album at CD Baby.
