Singer-songwriter Mya Rose Wilkins, originally from Mantasket Beach, MA, had released three CDs of her original songs and was nearing completion of her fourth when she performed at RAF in 2005. She had been a street musician in Korea while a high school student there, and for nine years performed only her own material, which she described as “folky, funky rock.” She was living in Greenville.
Mya, who played guitar, was accompanied by Will Kinzy on bass.
