Americana & folk with Swedish roots: unmistakably Nordic in flavor, Sofia Talvik still conforms to American interpretations of her original music. She’s been called “a North Sea siren” who “blends sparkle and melancholy” in her songs. She has released eight studio albums and toured the U.S. several times, where she has played Lollapalooza and showcased three times at South by Southwest and also the Folk Alliance International Conference.
