Roy Propes is billed as northeast Pennsylvania’s number one Elvis tribute artist. Originally from South Carolina, he has been performing his “Tribute to the King” up and down the east coast for 14 years.

Propes is managed by Bob Schoen, a former Fountain policeman who retired to Pennsylvania.
