Nu-Blu, featuring the husband-wife duo of Carolyn & Daniel Routh, is back in Fountain for another high energy bluegrass, new grass and Americana concert. It’s a homecoming of sorts for fiddler and mandolin picker & Bear Grass native Justin Harrison, whose dad, Frankie, has been a mando legend in these parts for decades.

Nu-Blu is one of the most-traveled acts, touring the U.S. in their bus, at sea on their bluegrass cruises, and more recently by air as they lead bluegrass tours to Ireland. When not on the road, Carolyn and Daniel are often in Nashville, Tennessee, recording episodes of their TV show Bluegrass Ridge, also known as “MTV for the bluegrass set.”Read about the show’s recent surge in popularity in Bluegrass Today.
